Salmon en Croute


Three words, "OH MY GOD" is best to describe this! Especially when you're a salmon lover, like me!

So, what's inside? It's salmon with leeks and seaweeds.
So you see I blanch the tomato cherries and put some leaves. but what you can't see is I actually put a dressing called vinaigrette on top of the leaves. I don't really like it, but well, I ate the salmon :p

Actually I've never tried salmon en croute before. So when I baked this, I was like "salmon in a puff pastry? Hmm, this should be good right?" For real, this is good! Even though it's a bit complicated making the pastry, but it's really good!
