Palmiers

I've always love this since I was a kid. I used to call it "Kenji" because that's the brand name, LOL. And I didn't know this love-shaped pastry is called "palmiers" until the chef baked it. Really, I didn't know.
So it's basically a puff pastry which you shape it like a love shape, sprinkle lots of sugar and bake it. Just that. Easy~
