Coffee Eclairs

Eclairs! Woohoo! I like eclair, really, and now I can bake it myself, I feel very very satisfied!

What's inside? It's a coffee pastry cream; and what's that on the top? It's coffee fondant. We combined them and it becomes "coffee eclairs"

This picture on the left is how I pipe on the inside. This piping  is actually not my piping, LOL. My friend came to my house and told me to take a picture of his piping and sent it to him, because his phone was dead. And so when I saw this photo, I thought maybe some of you guys wonder how I piped it. It's basically just pipe round and round and round. Simple. :)
