Fruit Tart



Fruit tart, or most people call it fruit flan; they're the same lol. Actually the chef said that I should arrange the fruits to make it more colorful, after I think about that, I think so too!
What's inside? Again, the yummy pastry cream or a.k.a custard.
What glaze did I use? Just a normal glaze; flan gel & water to boil.

What's the secret to make a beautiful fruit tart?
1. Roll the pastry as thin as possible
2. When you cover it with fruits, make the custard invisible. So basically you need to cover the whole custard.
3. You wanna put fruits? Sure, but make sure you cut it the same shape and arrange it nicely.
4. Apply the glaze while it's hot. So it won't look lumpy and stuffs.
5. When you glaze it, glaze only 1 time. Do not glaze for the second time.
